Terms of Use for Account Creation and Content Access
By creating an account and accessing the content provided by A. Catalyst, LLC, you ("the User") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the respectful and lawful use of the content, protect intellectual property, and clarify the limitations of liability associated with the use of our services and content, particularly in relation to artificial intelligence (AI).
1. Confidentiality and Individual Use
The User agrees to maintain the strict confidentiality of all content accessed through this service, including but not limited to webinar recordings, course lessons, documents, and digital media ("the Content"). The Content is provided for the User's personal and individual use only. The User acknowledges that it is prohibited to share, distribute, reproduce, or make the Content available to individuals who have not purchased access or do not have authorized access. Breaching this confidentiality agreement may result in immediate termination of the User's account and potential legal action.
2. Copyright and Repurposing Prohibition
The User agrees not to use any portion of the Content as a basis for creating derivative works intended for distribution, sale, or any form of commercial benefit. This includes repurposing of content, concepts, data, or any intellectual property contained within the accessed materials. The User recognizes that all rights to the Content are reserved by A. Catalyst, LLC, and any unauthorized use infringes on these rights and will be subject to legal enforcement.
3. Acknowledgment of Limitations and Liabilities in AI Use
The User acknowledges that:
- The field of artificial intelligence is subject to rapid changes and developments. This encompasses AI models, tools, features, interfaces, and the legal landscape surrounding AI use, including copyright ownership of AI-generated content.
- There exists a risk that generative AI may produce false, inaccurate, or misleading content. A. Catalyst, LLC and its consultants including Nicole Leffer are not responsible for any content generated by the User or any participants using AI tools or for how that content is used.
- It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that all content created or derived from the use of AI tools is accurate, factual, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
- A. Catalyst, LLC and Nicole Leffer provide no legal, financial, security, or ethical advice. Changes in the availability or functionality of AI tools or features, as well as changes in pricing, are outside the control of A. Catalyst, LLC, which assumes no responsibility for such changes.
- The User agrees to assume all risks associated with the use of AI tools and technologies in their business or personal endeavors. Furthermore, the User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless A. Catalyst, LLC and its consultants including Nicole Leffer from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the use of AI tools and technologies.
4. All Sales Are Final
The User acknowledges and agrees that all sales made through A. Catalyst, LLC are final. Once access to the content has been purchased and provided, A. Catalyst, LLC does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any other form of content or service. This policy is in place due to the digital nature of the content and the method of its delivery. The User is encouraged to carefully consider their purchase decisions, keeping in mind the binding nature of this agreement. By proceeding with any transaction, the User expressly agrees to this "All Sales Are Final" policy.
Acceptance of Terms
Creating an account and accessing the Content indicates the User's agreement to these Terms of Use. A. Catalyst, LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the account and access to the Content after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
